Robots in the real world

I enjoy seeing what robots are used for in the real world. Below is an example and a demo video. I was wondering what other examples the CD world could come up with.

My dad works for Viastore and these are the robots that they build

These ststems are great for warehouses as they need few people (very expensive for a buisness) and are much more accurate.

Not exactly robots but here is an interesting program that FIRST alumni would fit into nicely. I just heard about it and it was held in my own back yard.

A bunch of FIRST students, mentors, and alumni (including two WFFAs) work for this company. As I understand it, the robots were inspired by work on a past DARPA project.

I work on robots that inspect nuclear reactor vessels and steam generators. Obviously robots are prefererred over humans in these positions because there can be very high radiation levels present. Unfortunately I don't have any videos to share.
