Last year someone ran a thread nominating different teams for awards of the 2001 game such as best bridge balancer, best large ball collector, etc...so its time for the 2002 Nominations

It may be a little biased since I didn't see most of the other teams in action but I would have to say 71 had both of these qualities. They were only broken once.

Best Dual Goal Grabber - Team 60

Best Triple Goal Grabber - Team 71

Strongest Pulling/Pushing Bot - Team 60

Best Hybrid (Ball Collector/Goal Grabbing Bot) - Team 121

Best Looking Paint Job - Team 263 (before the matches of course

PS: Even though we all envy (and slightly dislike) 71 because they won twice, i give them A LOT of credit for their robot design. It was one of the best.
NOTE: this last statement was NOT ment to offend anyone.

PPS: Did ANY other bot handel 3 goals?

Actually that was the 3rd time they have won the championship, that was the first time back to back for any team

And Moe was able to handle three goals
