Rookies and others benefit ?
In past years I've seen Rookie and some of the smaller teams (low mentor count) produce wooden Bots.
Motor mounts easier sproket attachment, and that expensive bosch stuff included for the frame As for the chip the game might not have a stragety that needs to throw balls this year.
