What is bolded in that paragraph is what sticks out to me. Connect them as you wish

(There's more to the blog post, but I'm sick of trying to find hints in the GDC's favorite foods)
It's an anagram for "Wow Twitter Sandbags Ridges"

It's some pretty biting social commentary on Twitter's failed campaign to protect delicate coastal areas from the BP Oil Spill by filling sand bags with narcissistic egos. The project was doomed when they realized narcissistic egos are ninety nine percent hot air.

Idk if this is a hint or not... but they are no longer on the ground floor, look at the last paragraph
FIRST's first floor is where the FLL camps and displays are, and I believe they just recently finished FLL training week with mentors from around the country. Second floor I would think is offices and 3rd and 4th are questionable. I know that millyard building is shared with a bank (3rd or 4th floor).

So I think Bill was being mean by refering to all the FLL trainees as dinosaurs!
