Vex Breakaway Summer Camp

Team 1986 recently completed our annual series of four week-long summer camp programs for youth. One of our camps is a summer Vex league, where we play a scaled-down version of a previous FRC game. We played Breakaway this year, and the kids, team members, and guests really enjoyed it. We thought others might enjoy a few pics of the game from this camp. Cool idea. Did any of the kids try and build a 469 clone?

Sort of. A couple of teams talked about it, but only one built a recycler, and it was just a flat diverter, not bidirectional like 469. It is seen in the 3rd picture. Unfortunately fot them, there was not enough scoring for a recycler to be of much use.
