NASA-funded game aims to make science more appealing
Folks - A colleague sent me a message containing this URL - It looks like a nice prototype. The article at the URL describes NASA’s plans for a follow-on MMO serious-game and names the two commercial companies that are collaborating with NASA on the project. There is a short “trailer” for the game embedded in the article - Blake
Wired article about NASA's Moonbase Alpha and Astronaut: Moon, Mars and Beyond games
PS: I wonder if Dave or one of our many other NASA insiders can get the designers to sneak a Lunacy Easter-egg or two into the graphics (maybe an Orbit Ball or tucked behind a rock or in a crater?) (Maybe an FRC match video or the animation being played-back on a computer screen somewhere?)?
