Assuming you are using hardened aluminum, what hardness of 5052 are you using? T3,T4,T6?

We use 5052-H32 for pretty much all of our laser cut parts, it is a pretty good middle of the road material in terms of cost, strength, and formability. This is also a material that our sponsors stock so it is readily available during build season. 5052 also has good weldablity although it was not a factor for these parts.
