The PVC tubes set into the flanges and are tigntened down. there is a plug in each to stop the crushing of the tube.
As for the center pivot, I will refer this to Jim Zontag the craftsman that constructed the unit. How it is made is not important as long as your goal rotates on or about a center. Yours is only for practice. |
