Do you have another job?
Could you mentor via distance (Skype, AIM, videoconference, email, etc)? Could you take a less lead position in the mentor corps? What I mean is have one of the other mentors take the "head mentor" position, but remain as a mentor (and mentor the mentors as needed). Are there local veteran teams that could help take up the slack by taking your team under their wing?
