[OCCRA]: Kit of Parts question

Question: I looked at the list of items in the kit of parts, and the list said two Toughbox transmissions. I remember at kickoff, one of the announcers said that if we had an third Toughbox, we could use it even though it didn't come in the kit of parts. I was just hoping that somebody would clear this up for me and 573.

Official Answer: All teams were supplied with two Andy Mark tough Boxes as kit of parts materials. Teams can purchase additional materials and stuff as long as they follow the rules. In this case is the Tough Box less than $75? If it is less than the price limit for an individual item then it is ok.
