I think you may be in the clear for legality Matt. A: You're not using the actual word "Shack" B: to to my knowledge Radio Crap does not own the copywrite on that particular font. (Check to make sure though) C: I can't imagine that they'd take you to court for repeating what is generally accepted as common knowlwdge. I'd ask a patent or copywirte expert anyway. There might be a place on the web that could help you. By the way, I know several people that would be interested in getting a shirt like that.
