[OCCRA]: VEX hanging time

We have a question regarding the amount of time the VEX has to be hanging once the match is over.

Does the VEX have to stay off the ground for a specific amount of time after the match?

Here's our example. Our VEX can lift itself up, but once we cut power to it, the gears start to go backwards, causing our VEX to slowly drop.
