[OCCRA]: Second Event reminders

All team leaders should be getting the Team updates. If not please contact us.

1st Week went great - few issues.

Inspection:
VEX - Teams need to make sure they have the 9v battery installed.

Big Bots - Please look at the underside of your robots for sharp edges - such as bolts and rivets that may snag the carpet (we will have new carpet this week).

Batteries:
All teams need better battery management. Please do not ignore the yellow warning lights. If you start the event with fresh controller batteries they should last the entire event if you turn them off after the match.

VEX - Hint - Use an old controller (if you have one) to measure the charge of the 7.2 If you need a battery check and have no tester see Team #51, they have a full test center.

Testing a battery with a volt meter will not give you the information you need. A almost dead battery will read full voltage - a load test is required to get accurate readings.

Get inspected as soon as you are able please.

Event - Be ready when your match is being staged. The flow last week was very good.

FIRMWARE - all teams should be up to date if you ran last week.
