[OCCRA]: Partner Controller not linking

We've been having some trouble with our partner controller.

The main controller will link to the robot with no trouble. but when turning on the partner controller, all of the lights appear red. After turning it on and off dozens of times, they may link up but it is not likely.

Does anyone have a solution for this?
Could this be that we did something in the initial configuration? (there shouldn't have been one)

Re: [OCCRA]: Partner Controller not linking

QUESTION: We've been having some trouble with our partner controller.

ANSWER:
Several possible

A. Someone did not upgrade the firmware in the controller.

B. You have the USB installed in the partner controller.

C. You did not "Link" The controller to the Cortex

D. You mixed up the Main and partner controller

All of the lights red usually point to Firmware. Do this first or see me at the event and I will fix it.

OK I must ask.... are the batteries in the correct sequence.... pay attention to the (+) and the (-).
