Problem connecting to cRIO

I am new to programming and networking as our programmer recently graduated last year. We are trying to set up a practice robot however every time we try to operate it displays a message, "cRIO not responding, physical reboot required." I have tried rebooting the robot and still nothing. Can someone please tell me how to fix this problem?

Re: Problem connecting to cRIO

If I'm reading your message correctly, it is the Driver Station that is giving you the message.
Can you ping the cRIO?
Have you imaged your cRIO?
Is there code on the cRIO?

If all of these are true, you may need to reformat your cRIO.

If someone else thinks differently, please correct me. This isn't an error I normally see.

Re: Problem connecting to cRIO

That is not an error I remember seeing.

We will need more information to help. What are you trying to do? Program or drive it? Are you using the classmate or another computer?

If possible, post the steps you did leading up to the error.

Re: Problem connecting to cRIO

Problem solved, our electrical team connected the bridge to a different router not the radio. This caused the DS to give negative feedback as there was no way to connect to the cRIO. Thanks for replying
