A big thank you to Brant Bowen for helping me set this up.

I had an account set up previously and my browser kept using those passwords. He had to change my password settings to mirror first.

Here's hoping it turns out you can use FTC motors in FRC and there's actually a reason you'd want to do so.
Eh, that's pretty unlikely as the motors really aren't all that powerful. Few teams would use them.

The pneumatic artificial muscles in group 2 are very interesting - I have never seen them used in FRC before.

Hmm Jared, I'm perplexed as to how they would be used. There are uses for the expanding and contracting but how would implementation into FRC play a factor. I can probably guarantee that one of these may possibly be in the KOP.

Nice qualifiers you have there.

If it were in the regular Kit of Parts, it wouldn't be offered through FIRST Choice.

Huh? Isn't a Jaguar most likely going to be in the KOP? Or is there something different about the Jag on FIRST Choice? Just trying to get my mind around that one

Here's a video that demonstrates some of the abilities that PAMs offer. It's impossible to tell at this point whether or not they will be relevant to this year's game but regardless they are pretty neat. I think PAMs will be similar to the suction cups FIRST gave us in the KoP in 2007. While neat and somewhat useful, they will probably not be the best or most elegant solution to this year's game.

I did not see that video when I was searching for implementation on Youtube. After watching, I could assume that they could be used for manupilation arms like the example showed. Who knows yet though. We will have to find out in 24 days.
