Joe,
As the datasheet does not give all the measurement specs, I would have interpreted this as load curves with calibrated load resistors. Generally, with the load removed the terminal voltage would rise. With a high impedance voltmeter, there is no voltage dropped across the internal impedance of the battery. I interpreted Don's #10 wire test as a go/no go test for his team, not a definitive battery test. |
