With things like this, it is always wise to err on the side of caution and wait until you check with the team before you post anything that reflects on the team.

As long as I have been with our team as a mentor, I still check with our lead mentors and sometimes, with something like this, with our student leaders, before I do anything. It's good practice, I think.
