small teams

Every year we are faced with the problem of being a very small team. Here is our general break down for this year

P.R. -chairmans, clothing, event planning, travel

Design- the whole team does this together for about a two weeks

Electrical- learns and wires things

Mech- builds and engineers things

Group phil- team led by phil to design gripper

Group mat- team led by mat to design and build our mini bot

P.R. (robot group)- a small group or single guy in charge of promoting our robot to the judges and applying for awards.

Animation-

Then there are the competition groups

Drive team - drives, fixes, and polishes robot, stradegy

P.R. - our outgoing people

Scouts
1. scouts in the stands with palm piolots to gather info
2. pit scouts to asses the robots in the pit
3. pit spies (self evident)

P.R. (robot groups)- sucks up to anyone and everyone

informal groups

We have now during our "year round" program someone in charge of...

robot cart
ball handler
pr
video
painters (we've been redoing our facility)

programmer
transmission
crate

I haven't been in the program when they broke into groups for the six weeks' intensive, and the group changed so much since last year, it'll be different.
