Sure!!
I started by going to the "Robotics Programs" menu on the main page -> "FIRST Robotics Competition" -> "Game and Season Info" http://usfirst.org/roboticsprograms/...nt.aspx?id=960 Then I clicked "Competition Manual and Related Documents" http://usfirst.org/roboticsprograms/...nt.aspx?id=452 Then towards the bottom of the page "Kit of Parts website" I believe there is a more intuitive URL that also leads to this page that was part of Kate's talk on the kickoff video.
