Yes, we are out of batteries. FIRST sent us around 50 pairs of these batteries. They are all gone now.

A good minibot doesn't have to cost anywhere near $500. The controller is a significant part of that kit's price. A great minibot just has to be fast and reliable, with no need to be smart.

Those batteries were listed as never used, but not new. I wouldn't have wanted to need to rely on them during a competition match.

Re: FIRST Choice

The aluminum extrusions are gone too (as of 1:10p EST). If your team hasn't visited FIRST Choice yet, do it now while supplies still last.
Good luck!

Re: FIRST Choice

Hello all,

I've just got to the shipping choice on the site and the lowest cost for shipping to Washington State is $62 and it goes up to $146. Er, um, er, it that a bug?

I remeber ordering from Andy Mark last year but I don't remember the express saver option being $62.

Are other people seeing these prices for shipping?

-Jim

Jim,

I can't recall which option I took, but it was whatever was cheapest. I paid a bit more than $20.
