To Kgzak,
I can share my experience with that issue, and really what fixed it was changing to internet explorer as the document suggests.(I was initially using chrome) Hope that helps. To yarb65, Have you tried resetting your device? Maybe you can give that a shot if its still not working. The instruction to reset are in the document about configuring the radio.
