How to find the target with this code?

http://www.4shared.com/photo/vPBGcEG...B0W1RO9_H.html This is a code for a camera of FRC robot. I got this code from the newest version of labview. But i do not know how to use it to find a target. Could anyone tell me how to use it? What i did is directly run this code into the serial and the basic image is working but there is no target shows....
