Window motors and electrical

I'm in the process of making a prototype for this years game logomotion, and so far its good, but i'm not one with electrical. So i was wondering how i would hook up two window motors to run separately, i was think along the lines of using two victors, but from there on i'm not sure. I have a programmer that can program these two motors to run off a joystick so, i figured i needed a c-rio as well, is there anything else i need to make this happen and am i heading in the right direction?
