Pneumatics Manual Appendices?

Like many, I'm awaiting clarification on the intent of the pneumatics rules for 2011 and hope that we'll have access to a less limited number of actuators. Perhaps, as that is cleared up, so too will be this issue, but until then --

am I crazy or are the appendices mentioned in the pneumatics manual completely missing and unavailable anywhere?

That manual makes references to three appendices that don't exist anywhere, however.

I'm expecting updates on the pneumatics info. I'm patiently standing by hoping this will be cleared up on the Friday update.

i just put in a QA question to make sure this will happen.... as the rules stand prior to any change..

Since no cylinders are in the KOP and none are indicated in the pneumatics rules section...
we couldn't use any...or any other actuator...

I can only assume that this is a mistake...
