Judging by how rounded those brackets are, I'd say they are designed to navigate their way around bars... I'm seeing a lot of fabricated items that have this shape. Very ambitious- good luck this season.

Wow! Very nice.

We also made wheel brackets that drop our wheels (4" vex pro wheels) an inch below the chassis, but ours are much less pretty. We cut 3" sections of right angle aluminum and drilled the holes to fit on the chassis and for our axles.

We are using BRECOflex belts for the drive. They are work great and we've used them several seasons. We will be climbing the pyramid and these are needed for the clearance of the climbing mechanism.
