Thank you for posting this. We still miss Marc a lot. 3176 is selling bracelets with the suicide prevention hotline number on them. They are only $1 and all of the money goes toward the non-profit organization that runs the hotline.
It's important to talk about Depression and other mental illness. If you're struggling, please speak up and talk to a trusted friend or adult.
It does get better.
We miss Marc every day, but hope that these bracelets help to save at least one life.
