Brandon, because we are volunteer based, its a hard sell to get established seasoned people like yourself to come here, without knowing what Job you could get here.
Now, if I had the 2438 situation, and be able to offer a job with our program (center), I'm sure we could attract people from the FRC community.
I cant even imagine what it would be like to get paid well for doing what we enjoy doing anyway.
