Unless I'm seeing this incorrectly I would say no because your bumpers are actually inside of the frame perimeter which is defined by the angle below the bumpers.

I agree with the post above, but also, what is the length on that bumper segment? It doesn't look like it's at least 8" to me, but that could be a trick of the perspective.

Dry Ice (195K) and Liquid Nitrogen (77K) are forbidden cryogenics. Anything that goes below 5 is right out.
