It looks like this would be a useful tool as some teams make big improvements from their first regional to their last regional. Please check the comment on cell G3 in OPR Results sheet.

If you change the value of G3 to -1 and click "calc", it will show the Max OPRs. Then click "sort" to sort teams based on Max OPRs.
