Are the pistons on the back there to prevent the robot from sliding down the batter, or do they serve a different purpose? That's a cool solution.

They were originally designed just to make sure we didn't slide off the batter at the end of a match. However, we found they were great for setting our position on the batter before shooting without having to stall our drive train against the tower wall.
