The "I" in FIRST stands for Inspiration. How inspiring is it to have your ideas, skills, and character bashed by hoped-to-be-friends on the Chief Delphi boards. You all need to ask yourself that.
You all need to make bold that "I" in FIRST. The point of FIRST, these boards and the whole community of FIRST is to be INSPIRED, not discouraged.
So what if you don't think his ideas are not good? Let him at least TRY! Don't even quote this and say you were just speaking "realistically" because quite frankly I don't care. You all have potentially ruined what could have been another enlightened Chief Delphi user who runs home to reload the browser window.
Tytus Gerrish deserves to be encouraged, not shot down. If he is going to be discouraged at all, let him get discouraged on his own.
I am baffled as to where the friendship and INSPIRATION has gone from these boards.
Tytus, I hope you stay. And the rest of you, I hope you are ashamed of yourselves.

Could you stop picking on us and look towards his posts? Inspiration is one thing but when given reasons something might not work or suggestions to help he reacted totally immature. Also, his typing and spelling mistakes are horrible. I'll respect him when he gets less immature and stops going on inane rants everytime we don't bow down to his thoughts. A physics lession wouldn't hurt him either. I'm sure if he asked for help people would help him, but its like dealing with a 3 year old. If they decide not to listen that's their problem. My joke may not have been the most mature way but he doesn't seem to care so I see no reason too either.

I'm a FIRST relic of sorts, I remember when we used PBASIC and we got CH Flightsticks in the KoP. In my day we didn't have motorized carts, we pushed our robots uphill, both ways! (Houston 2003!)
