That would be SOOO incredibly cool i can not even put it in words. You really should do this. It wouldn't be TOO hard to build them. Sure its weight and all but spinners are far more important than the rest of you drive train, your manipulator(s) etc... If it breaks in competition then just rip it off. I don't know how you would get the one way bearing things o work. I think SDP-SI might sell them.

Thanks! The only problem is they are heavy, although they could be made much lighter. But hey, it was more the product of my boredom than an actual design.

from a technical standpoint, how the heck are you getting onto the platform? judgiing from the pics i'd say those rae no more than 8 inches in diameter....please correct me if im wrong....or if you have some super cool secretthing like HOT always does just tell me to shhh and ill wait til the GLR.
