sorry, but i can't tell from the picture just how tall it is. also, because of its quite rectangular shape, do you think it'll tip easily? or do you think that maybe bouncing balls (ie: when the balls are dropped after knocking off the 10pt ball) may knock it over? cool design you guys! best of luck!

It's all five feet tall. The balls will not knock it over, the top frame is all thinwall aluminum tube, light as air. The frame itself weighs at most 3 or 4 lbs. The front roller frame is another 5 or 6 lbs. All of the rest is in the bottom of the robot. What you can't tell from the picture is that the chassis is only about an inch from the ground, and the battery, big drive motors, transmissions, air tanks, and all of the other weight is within 3 inches of the ground. We know better than to make a robot that will tip when a ball hits it. All the other team would have to do would be to throw a ball at us.

Here's a better picture of the drive module....it's the best I have...

20 BALLS! ZOUNDS!

Twenty balls are about 15 more than we hold. It will be interesting to see what you can do at the Detroit Regional.

Perhaps we will compliment eachother well.

See you at Wayne State.

Sounds good to me, it's about time we team up with the chiefs again to finish what we started in OCCRA!

Re: pic: Team 33: BUZZ 9

Haha...this one has a little more dependable drive than the OCCRA bot, and I'm going to say the same holds true for the chiefs!

We could have a reMATCH of OCCRA....Or we could just have a rePEAT of the sweet repeat! Either works for me!
