Re: pic: Sprocket mounting for window motor

Well since I'm up past 2:45am on the Tuesday morning before ship putting it in the box; I might as well help you out.

First you need a 5/32 drill bit and then you can just follow this drill pattern once the sprocket is centered in the mill.

You will probably need a lathe to bore the hole to the size that the hole is in the plastic coupler.

I do not remember what size it is.

You will also need to chamfer the edges of the holes because of the way the gears are shaped on the motor.

If yah need anything just let me know being that I made them.

Sorry for the not so good drawing; I guess I should also specify that my units are in inches too.
