I'm fairly certain that image is off of one of the official FIRST competition handouts. I can't find my collection of them but I'm thinking it's probably from after the year 2000. Maybe I'm completely wrong, but I have seen that image somewhere.

I dont know if its the same color, but I think its from FIRST 1998 competition handout... I had that out to write our patron book page a while back... And I know it was a gear of sorts.
