Congratulations Amanda!
Though our interactions have been few and far between, I see the impact of your endeavors whenever I browse through CD. It is obvious by what I have personally witnessed as well as all the kind words here that you are a tremendous role model in the FIRST community. My hope is that FIRST and all of its participants can continue to benefit from your inspiration and enthusiasm for years to come. Dedication to FIRST gets more challenging as life gets more complicated but the rewards are SOOOOO worth it! Like you didn't already know that?!  Congratulations on receiving the recognition you clearly deserve! Sean
