That is very neat and tidy. I was just working on my team's electrical panel today and it isn't even nearly as spacious at that. Its not going to look as pretty.
About the fans though... I think your bumpers(assuming you're making the ones defined in the rules) will cover those fans up. You can leave them for other times, but during competition they'll likely be covered. |

Your encasing of the electronics was a wise choice, considering our electrical system most likely is to be bombarded by balls and what not this competition season.
