If you haven't i would try testing your bot under load (pushing against a wall or another heavy object and see if they skip. From experience i always aim for a full 180 degrees but never less then 90. |

I hope you've got the vertical board and all wires tied down solid... Any bit of movement and it will turn into a mess after just a few matches. Case in point? Last year's robot. (after about 10 matches across two comps)

Looks like they've go a lot of cables coming out/in of the RC, and it seems that that ATC panel is full of breakers, if not wires. Interesting.
