I've never heard of "Steak and Shake" before until I was watching a NASCAR event and it was the "Steak and Shake 250". At first I thought it was some dirty innuendo, but only to be wrong and turned out to be a restaurant.
Personally out here, we have Applebees, 99, Ruby Tuesdays, Texas Roadhouse, Carrabbas, Unos, Chilis, and Shortys Mexican Roadhouse. I <3 milkshakes/frappes and would love to try one of these famous shakes. PS. Elgin, they're subs...as in submarines.
