Technically, this isn't the US flag. It is, on the other hand, a representation of one, which doesn't fall under the same guidelines as a standard flag would. If I'm not mistaken, on a US flag, the bottom stripe is supposed to be just a slight bit larger than all the rest, which doesn't appear to be true in this one.
If you see Navy ships in port, you're going to be fine. If you see ships pulling out, or no ships at all, go East. Fast. - Matt Howard [more]
