It's always a refreshing view to open the cabinet each day and see such a lovely sight.
Student: So what are we going to do today? Me: Well you see this sprocket; we have to counter sink all 6 holes. Student: Oh ok. Me: Get started on the drill press i will bring the others. Student: Sounds good. Me: (carrying huge stack) Here you go, every one of these needs to be countersunk. Oh the looks on his face... Most sprockets don't come countersunk, for everyone watching... It was priceless.
