Now I have not seen this thing in person, so dont hold this against me, but i was at manchester for kickoff:

Looking at this I don't really see anyway this could act differently than a FULL rack, except if a robot was say pushing on the leg directly opposite of you. The leg motion side to side is fairly contained within each individual leg because of the single pivot point. I'd say a half rack will do just fine.
