Looks nice. I like how you guys are putting the motor inside the plate. Few questions...

1) What are the gear ratios on there?
2) Are you guys using only one small CIM per side?
3) Is there a way to adapt another small CIM or a big CIM into that tranny?
4) How heavy is that?
5) I can't really see the dog gear... but can you shift on fly?

Good luck at the competitions and if you guys are at any event that I am attending, I will make sure to stop by and check you guys out. =)

To answer a few of your questions:
1) High gear is 21.96 to 1
Low gear is 65.88 to 1 (both of these are to the wheel)
2) Yes, one 2.5 inch per side
3) Yes, but a small redesign would be required
4) A whole whooping 8.8 pounds per each side with motor and pneumatic shifter
5) Most definitely

We will be competing at the Trenton and Anapolis Regionals
