Team 1560 has learned their lesson concerning acrylic XD
The panelling had already developed fractures over the course of SVR and earlier Davis qual matches which was bridged with aluminum. When the Harker bot (1072) hit us the panelling literally exploded. Luckily most of the acrylic was cosmetic panelling, save the back panel which did hold the battery down. All the moving parts of the bot were still completely functional after the round. Harker gave us a piece of Lexon which we subsequently used to re-cover our electronics and we went on pick the number 7 alliance at Davis. Oh, and we won that match too
