Two interesting maps. Superposition suggests possible growth targets for FIRST: North Carolina, Tennessee, a second regional in Texas (San Antonio or Dallas?), Salt Lake City, maybe Boise, perhaps Albuquerque, and so on ... many places have enough people -- so as Jane says it is just a matter of time.
