looks impressive, very nice job

I'm curious to see how ackerman will compare to tank, crab, and mekanum (sp?) this year, and who will come out on top, control and speed wise. I'm sure cornering will be easier for you guys depending on your controls of course.

Re: pic: Team 34 - Ackerman Steering

Team 1678 used a Van Door motor attached to a bar with potentiometers for ackerman steering. What kind of program/control system did you guys use to control steering? We were having some issues with making our system match its wheel angle to the angle of our steering wheel. Of course, I didn't know about PID loops until after we shipped the robot , but still, I am curious.
