Jacob, congrats on this!
I spent 3 years working as a "descriptive analyst" aka-taste tester-for a huge corporation that makes spices, smells, and develops new products, often for other big companies or restaurants. On two of the days in my work week I worked on quality control for ingredients used for popular snack foods (cheeses, other dairy, spices). These ingredients then were added to a triangular chip product. Sound familiar?
