Hopefully there is a pulley sprocket on the back side that appears to be white like the plastic wheel rim?

As I read the rules, the SURFACE of a driving/propulsion robot wheel may NOT be modified as this changes the coefficient of friction of that driven wheel.

It looks like there is a pulley attached to the wheel.
