That would be the Barrel Monster from North Carolina State University. A university student made it from the construction barrels on Hillsborough Street on campus. He got into trouble for stealing the barrels, but the company that they were made buy took care of it, and gave him more to make a girl monster. They now reside above the construction watching over the students as they drive down Hillsborough Street. This thing has become a local buzz in the past few weeks.
